Ghanaian TikToker Juicy Vibez has been granted bail in her ongoing case at the Adenta Circuit Court.

Juicy Vibez, reappeared in court on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, in the company of her lawyer.

A video circulating on social media captured her entering and exiting the court premises with her face concealed with a scarf.

The content creator was arrested over a controversial post about a certain president and his wife.

The post quickly gained traction online, with netizens speculating that she was referring to the President and First Lady of Ghana.

Juicy Vibez later released a follow-up video clarifying that her post was a promotion for Shirley Frimpong-Manso’s film 'For Love and Country'.

Despite this clarification, the mother of three was arrested and remanded for two weeks pending a court hearing.

She first appeared before the Adenta Circuit Court on March 25, 2026, but the case was adjourned to April 8, 2026.

Offence

Juicy Vibez has been charged with false publication of news with intent to cause fear and panic, contrary to Section 208(1) of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29).

The case has also been classified as a misdemeanour.
