  How, in the name of God, does a 'competent' person declear directors of a company wanted when the contract term is still running saying it is fraud because the company has not delivered.

  The judge misses the point. The wanted poster refers to THREE active cases- and by this week probably more have been added with evidence. The distinction is therefore the freeze order was lifted due to the fact that the LAST gold installment was due June 2026 as in final batch of gold (him having not delivered most of that) but other cases reported to Eoco AND nam1 link may reveal more hence their power to investigate. It is an INTERIM injunction. If u have had any dealings with this Man U know he probably came up with menzgold hence his name being shielded from then to now. Let mahama keep shielding him. When he becomes a national embarrassment that defrauds billions and shames Ghana by having counsel of state still in play- then mahama will remember this
