EOCO declares man wanted over alleged investment fraud

The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has declared a man identified as Joseph Owusu Badu as wanted in connection with an alleged offence of investment fraud.

In a wanted notice issued by the anti-graft agency on its X page on Wednesday, June 16, 2026, EOCO urged the public to volunteer information that could lead to his arrest.

"The above-named person is wanted by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) for the alleged offence of Investment Fraud.

"Any person(s) with information on the said Joseph Owusu Badu should contact EOCO Head Office located adjacent Old Parliament House - Barnes Road, Accra or any of our Regional Offices or the nearest Police station", the post stated.

EOCO provided contact numbers for members of the public to report information that may assist ongoing investigations.
