Statement of claim

Against the defendant is for an order for special damages and an injunction on

the distribution of GHC 17 million United Kingdom (UK) Aid’s support for Ghana’s

election 2012. The defendant is

sponsoring an illegitimate electoral process that has caused:

1. Lose of funding for the

plaintiff, Lose of confidence among the

supporters and defamation of plaintiff’s character by exclusion

2. Manipulating the electoral

process to favor some political parties and their candidates

3. Discriminating against

plaintiff and other political parties

4. A restricted and directed electoral

process denying Ghanaians genuine a free and fair elections.

5. Funding some political parties and

excluding others.

Plaintiff is aggrieved by the

illegitimacy of defendants action of excluding plaintiff in the distribution of

(UK) Aid support for Ghana 2012 election and supporting the hand picking of favorite

candidates to participate in the upcoming 2012 presidential debate . Due to

Defendant’s actions, 2012 elections is

restricted and not available for participation by plaintiff.
