Mankranso (Ash), July 22, GNA- The Mankranso Magistrate's court on Tuesday remanded a 26-year-old trader who threatened to kill his uncle. Kofi Mensah pleaded not guilty and will re-appear on July 27. Police Chief Inspector Joseph Gabienu told the court that Mensah lived in the same house with Mr Kwabena Frimpong, his uncle, at Abuakwa-Asenemaso.

He said the accused was in the habit of threatening to kill his co-tenants anytime he got drunk.

Chief Inspector Gabienu said on July 7, this year, the complainant heard his nephew shouting that he would kill him if he got out of bed. He said the complainant saw Mensah through a window holding a cutlass so he sneaked to the Abuakwa police station and made a complaint.
