Guest Speaker: Rt. Hon. Joe Clark (Former Prime Minister of Canada) Invited Guests: Hon. Mauril Belanger, MP for Ottawa-Vanier, Hon. Flora MacDonald, Former Canadian Foreign Minister and Mr. John Schram, Former Canadian High Commissioner to Ghana.
