  Very nice and laudable step taken at least to brighten a certain corner of Ghana. Thumps up to the DCE coming all the way from Akrofuom (Ghana) to grace the occasion and the members of the Akrofuom/Amankyem citizens in the UK and Ireland whose efforts have brought about this.
  But why this 'native' thing in the caption and the write up? 'colonial mentality'?.....our choice of words leaves much to be desired.
