  I remember in 2016 God showed us mercy when my daughter gained admission to a state university in Maryland, US, to pursue 4 year degree, BSc in Civil Engineering with full scholarship from the institution. She applied to several universities in the US after her Cambridge IGCSE, equivalent to Wasscce in a country located in the SADC region where we lived.
  She completed with very solid GPA and gained another scholarship from Johns Hopkins university also in Maryland, US to pursue 2-yr Master's degree in engineering. She has finished and now working with a reputable company in the US. God has been so gracious unto my family.
  There's reward in hard work. I want to encourage the youth of Ghana to be ambitious and brave to apply to schools abroad for further studies. For schools in the US, you must take SAT and the higher your score, the higher the chance of obtaining financial assistance.
