Gays should not do it and get caught in the act.

In translation, there is no law in Ghana banning citizens from being gays,... the law in its current state, ONLY REFERS TO IMPROPER CARNAL KNOWLEDGE, which must first be proven to the court that one has physically acted against the law.

There is no law in Ghana stating, being gay in Ghana is a crime.

One can be gay in Ghana without necessarily having s*x with another man, just as some heterosexuals are in our society without having s*x or without having partners.

In short, Ghana does not prosecute citizens for being gay, the existing law solely applies to those individuals caught with evidence during the act, which will translate to breaching the... IMPROPER CARNAL KNOWLEDGE LAW....
