    They simply said you can stay as an exception. That does not make you a citizen.

    He is now eligible to apply for citizenship.He does not need to do so though as he now has permanent residency.

    50yrs without visiting his mum in Ghana and he also never invited her to the UK.I think the Home Office was right they shd have deported him to Ghana or kept him in a UK prison.He doesn't deserve attention.

    Ghana Immigration Service shd monitor him when he steps a foot at Kotoko they shd arrest him and deport him back to the UK.He has not contributed a pesewa to the devt of Ghana in his 74yr life.
