They simply said you can stay as an exception. That does not make you a citizen.
He is now eligible to apply for citizenship.He does not need to do so though as he now has permanent residency.
50yrs without visiting his mum in Ghana and he also never invited her to the UK.I think the Home Office was right they shd have deported him to Ghana or kept him in a UK prison.He doesn't deserve attention.
People live in Ghana with their mothers but never visit them what about that. It happens everywhere ok.
