  As a member of NPP-USA, Janis Asare-Bediako isn't the Chairman of NPP-USA. He's only the Chairman of one of the Chapters in NPP-USA, that is the Washington DC Metro Area Chapter that encompasses parts of Maryland, parts of VA and the DC itself. The Chairperson of NPP-USA is Mrs Obaa Yaa Frimpong. Distinctions in titles needs to be made.
