The Frankfurt Chapter of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Germany has urged members at home and abroad to unite if the party hopes to win back power in 2028.

An aspirant for the NPP Germany Communication Officer position, Michael Arthur, popularly known as McArthur, spoke to Adom News, stating that the path to victory lies in strong communication, peace, and unity.

“Without peace and unity, it will be difficult for the party to win in 2028. But with unity, peace, and strong communication, the NPP will surely win, because we have a great leader in Dr Mahamudu Bawumia,” McArthur was quoted in a report by adomonline.com on May 26, 2026.

He said Ghanaian youth are “suffering” under the NDC government, which he accused of failing to deliver on its promises.

He further argued that the NPP, with Dr Bawumia at the helm, remains the only option to rescue the country.

McArthur’s remarks come after the Frankfurt Chapter held a high-level strategy session to revamp the party’s communication approach ahead of the polls.

Meanwhile, the meeting brought together members of the Ghanaian diaspora, executives, and communicators to plan for 2028 election.

Guest speakers included the Chairman of the NPP’s Communications Committee and Senior Advisor to Dr Bawumia, Nana Akomea, and the former Bantama MP and ex-CEO of the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), Dr Henry Kwabena Kokofu.

However, both high-profile guest speakers spoke on effective messaging, countering opposition narratives, and diaspora mobilisation.
