Case No. FCT/HC/CV/4016/2012 in FCT High Court 34 - Obatoyinbo who denies owning the QPalace Hotel Maitama Abuja files the suit in the name of QPalace Hotel claiming 113 Million Naira against Mr Manu in Hotel Bills claiming hotel rates are 55,000, 65,000 and 75,000 per night for 2009, 2010 and 2011. Laundry bills of 67,886.30/day (2011); 83,511.11/day (2010) and 9,627.66 (2009); Meals 14,1752.19/day (2011); 20,989.89/day 2010 and 7,624.29/day (2009). Ensure to obtain a copy of the records of proceedings in Case No. CV/4017/2012 in High Court 14 and compare the facts. Mr Manu's substantive case is before the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Court 4 Abuja - case No. NICN/ABJ/106/2013.
