U and your kind are confused. The amendments were not approved. U see how stupid u are. In your harry to steal the elections Agyenin Boatend called for a motion to approve the amendment. There was a motion duly seconded but there was no call for counter motion not a call for the delegates to voice or cast a vote to approve the motion. The two year clause still stands at this point since the motion is not voted on. The new branches were also not properly vetted per the NDC constitution as you guys admitted. Please it was a mess ! Shame on you.

They also did not vote on the bye laws ...and are citing a motion and secondment of the motion as amendment!

U see these are the reasons we say Agyenim Boateng with all his bragingis stupid.He did not call for a vote after the motion was seconded...he did not call for a counter vote and of course cld have asked for a voice vote but in this case since it was a bye law amendment vote by the delegates. What a messy congress. The 4 year amendment did not pass yet please.

NDC North America is a very discredited organization of people who are simply self-seeking, believing that being a secretary or Chairman in North America is the high road to political success in Ghana. Amendments to NDC USA bylaws continue. The NDC USA/NACC bylaws places the authorithy to amend bylaws in the Executive Committee of NDC USA i.e at least 66.66%.Regarding amendments at Congress in Massachussetts held a few days ago the secretary called for a change from a two year tenure to a four year tenure in line with recommnedations from Accra and for a change from designating one chairman as a vice chairman and an addition of two executive positions to the executive committee i.e coordinator of international branches and an additional deputy secretary to assist the secretary.
There elections were free, transperent and fair- a few members branches didnot want some branches to participate - although they were made fully aware that the branches had fulfilled all requirements and were fully qualified to participate.
It some elements from some of these branches that are trying to disgrace NDC but a clear majority of the membership of NDC USA are supportive of the new executive committee

In evry human institution, there are bound to be mistakes and lapses. These make room for improvement. Hence as years go by the institution goes through a lot of changes inevitablly. unfortunatelly because change is very difficult for the human race,people usually who hate change and some times those who have parochial interest always want things done their way or all is wrong. Thats the attitude of some few bad nuts in the NDC USA chapter in my candid opinion. Remember United we stand and devided we fall. If you love the Party, there should not be washing of dirty linens in public(on the net). Some will ague out that the channel of communicating their grievances are closed but my humble appeal is that,dont give our opponents wapons to use against us because 2016 is some few months ahead of us. We need to retain power because a "laborer in power is better than a flag bearer in opposition"
