Well, in some cases, to be vindicated by a court does not necessarily make one innocent. If he is guilty or not is up to him and his God. At the courts, technicalities can let someone off the hook.

As an attorney l interpret this Case # 369740V on Maryland judiciary Case search as a case that was denied and dismissed. Gifty Amponsah’s accusations were baseless with no evidence so the court did not waste their time to hear it. The 'agreement' stated under docket 87 shows that the Rev Baah agreed to drop his counter suite he brought against the Gifty woman after she begged the court that she was a single parent and she could not afford a lawyer to defend her for defaming the man. You have a big mouth but you have no money. It’s a public record. Don’t be careless and start insulting journalists who are just doing their job. Be civil.
