  This fact cannot be stressed the more, that indeed, leadership and potent leadership is what Ghana seriously needs.
  Concerning the issue of statutory payments including DACF, GETFUND, NHIL, which have not been made over a year, which is a legal obligation in our statutory books, what are the penalties for the gov't in shirking this legal requirement? We cannot just as a country lament that the gov't is not making it's statutory payments as required by law, without exerting the punitive measures that goes with such an illegality. What is the repercussions for such an anomaly because we cannot continue doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results. Under what circumstances can the executive flout the law in meeting it's legal and statutory obligations to these funds, and if there are no express provisions in the law which gives the executive the leeway to flout the law, then why has this become commonplace in gov't? Ghana deserves better.

  Who is honest in Ghana or in Africa?Just stop day dreaming and better find something better to do.Even JJ who who most of us supported when he initially came into the limelight via Boakye and co ended up disappointing.We all thought he did not want any material gains because he came empty and also started killing all those perceived to be rich but lo and behold he ended up having all manner of booties with his wife and instead of educating his children in Ghana sent them overseas with still nobody knowing how it was funded so now be the judge yourself.Examplrs can go on and on.Just be a good talker and you will be adjudged a good leader in Ghana and in all Africa.
