This pointless article by the so-called NPP-USA is full nonsense and hot air. If the government sees it as a public health issue to distribute sanitary pads to female students, what is wrong with that? Has the NPP-USA no clue that in US, condoms and needles are sometimes distributed to drug users to reduce the rate of infections. The NPP-USA claims that the sanitary pads, which are yet to be distributed, are highly infested, untidy and unhealthy for our females. This is but one of the nefarious tactics by this group to spread unfounded rumors in an attempt to dissuade females from receiving and using the sanitary pads.
