As Ghanaians we have lost trust and that includes our relationships, leadership in politics, religion, culture even in our education. We must orientate ourselves in ways which can make us to be trusted. For now, just forget it.

Whenever a foreigner comes down to invest and contacts a Ghanaian, the first thought of our fellow Ghanaman is to dupe this person. Even Ghanaians who after hustling out there for ages have found themselves in this unfortunate situation. Ghanaians by nature cannot be trusted. I was not born a carpenter, but can design furniture that anyone in this country will think was imported. Lack of trust has made me keep all these to myself and will die with it. We kill talents here as well.

His crazy, retarded girlfriend whom he introduced her me as someone I could trust became one of my sales personnel disappeared with over 38,000 GH (GH New Cedis). To this day, GH Koti can't find nor her whereabouts. There's an arrest warrant for her arrest/capture. She has evaded all traps I've set for her to be captured.

Although the exact cause of death can only be established via autopsy and medical history, the writer probably had in mind DVT (deep vein thrombosis).

Clots are easily formed in the deep veins of the lower limbs due to long periods of immobility, especially in cramped quarters during long flights. Some people are more susceptible to this than others. Dick Cheney, even on his luxury, spacious Air Force 2 plane, once developed DVT after a flight to Asia. DVT can be deadly when some of the clots break free and travel to the lungs to cause pulmonary embolism (PE).
Flights to China and Australia are typically very long from the US. Some precautions can be taken to prevent DVT from long lights (flights over 4 hours):

- fly business class or choose a seating area with extra legroom.

- drink plenty of water before and during flight.

- avoid alcoholic beverages

- get up and walk up and down the aisle every 30 minutes or so.

- move your feet and toes every few minutes

- some rely on aspirin - especially the low-dose type - but studies have shown that spirin is effective just on arteries and not so much on veins.

Travelers who have had DVT before are usually expected to see their physician before embarking on any long trip. Some might require blood thinners before flight.

Computer programmers and people whose work involves sitting still for several hours also need to take precautions against DVT.
