It is the responsibility of Gov't to resource all institutions as guaranteed by the 1992 Constitution. The Chieftaincy Institution has ten Regional Houses, National House and The Ministry in Charge of Chieftancy. So if Gov't is resourcing the Chieftaincy Institution for us to operate what is wrong with that?.
