Are they talking about the same Kwaw Kesse being held in Ghana for smoking Marijuana in Public?

It is time a GA Royal got Honored for engaging his people and looking out for their Economic Growth and Welfare instead of GA Chiefs always fighting over LAND and WHO is RIGHTFUL Occupant of a Stool.

I started a Program like this in the 90's only for the Chief of my Area to sell the Park to some individual claiming that even though the Land had been earmarked for a Park, the individual would build a school with a Park to it.

Today, that individual and his family and a Church occupy the property.

The then Assemblyman for the area took some money, not even much, from the illegal developer and encouraged him to build and that I was the problem and he should have his family elders come and talk to me.

I had no choice but to abandon my program.

Today, the KIDS play in the streets.
