  WOHI did it in Samsam Odumase many years ago, but the villagers ripped and stole the books. Now it is hardly any thing left of the $ 20. 000.00 contribution to knowledge and the chief and elders do not care. This is just going to be another failure in Ghana as the “ rulers” only want to sit down and eat.
