Poor journalism. Is that all the explanation of the fund? Is it registered as an NGO or a business? Who is in the management, etc. In this era of 419, one will want a serious organisation to communicate differently!

This is just a club (ekuw), with no legal status. Do not give money until they prove they are constituted under French or German Law.That's why Ghanaians always gets taken for a ride
