This is what they said "We must state that the necessary preparations are being made to warmly welcome fellow youth to the Big Apple. Details of these arrangements will be communicated to the public soon."

  No, you're the dumb one. The conference details should have been worked out and communicated to the public when the article was written. Not having anything to share shows a lack of planning on their part. The conference is scheduled for August, four months from now and and if they are still working out the details, I wonder what sort of event this will be. As always, a disorganized event put together at the very last minute.

The rest such fees, program outline etc are components of these two which can easily be fashioned out. Besides, I see this as a communication strategy to get the excitement about the even going. Give them a pat on their back for such a noble initiative and stop being noisy, buddy Martin

  If I want to attend this program, I know the airport to arrive at so I can book my plane ticket, I know the venue (Hotel) for the event so I can book my accommodation. These are the two most determinant fact as to whether I can afford to attend the event or not. So i dont get it when you say they lack planing because of your so-called details. Besides they have indicated that such fine details will be communicated to the public soon. So what is your hunch??..Stop being silly.
