  “In 2007, Rev Fred opened the branch of Actionplus Foundation in Ghana and successfully led his charity to reduce the rate of HIV infection in the country from 3.6 percent in 2007 to 1.3 percent in 2013.” This is an overstretched. Which study concluded that Actionplus Foundation achieved this result in Ghana? Is the MOH aware of this fact/fiction? The reduction of HIV infections during this period can not be attributed solely or partly to this foundation. We have MOH, Ghana Aids Commission, INGOs/NGOs, UNAIDS, CBOs, all working in Ghana to reduce HIV infections.
