  Haba, why always beggie-beggie? South Africa may have some of the best specialists (usually white because of the old apartheid days) but they still import hundreds of Cuban doctors to work in the poor, underdeveloped black areas (usually rural areas and urban slums).
  
  Leave corrupt Zuma to deal with underdevelopment and joblessness for blacks in South Africa before he sends his impoverished masses on another genocidal rampage against innocent African migrants, wai!
  
  Our doctors are not inferior to anybody. They just need to well-resourced and paid well!

  Ghanaians are too illiterate therefore can't talk about their greedy politicians who come to power to wreck the nation without any regards to the suffering masses. Probably there are too many illiteracy among the populations ...

  Ghanaians are too illiterate therefore can't talk about their greedy politicians who come to power to wreck the nation without any regards to the suffering masses. Probably there are too many illiteracy among the populations who cannot read between the lines about what needs to be done to challenge these politicians. You cannot see this happening in the developed world where people can read and write. No politicians can make a fool of any citizen in these countries. Look at the Goil oil disaster, there was probably no quality control or public safety agency around in Ghana at the time. Shame to black African politicians and presidents.
