ITS A QUASI OGANIZATION USED TO CLAIM GRNATS FROM THE CDN GOVT. THEY ARENOT AT ALL ACTIVE IN THE COMMUNITY. I WANT TO SEE THE GCAO SPEARHEADING CULTURE CLASSES FOR GH KIDS.
