The mayor owes it the residents of Accra an explanation of the city's failure to mitigate the annual flooding problems it faces. Given Okoe's monumental failure as a mayor, there is nothing of value he will bring to the conference.

Yeah that fake award he lobbied for and got. But as we say in Ghana God no be Alata man. The BEst African Mayor organised a conference of mayors after receiving the fake award and was greeted by the Accra floods and three days later another flood culminating into the Circle disasters. May those who lost their lives rest in peace
