  It's nothing new in such speeches of getting involved in national development from diaspora. The case study on this matter is the character of pull them down effect after diaspora investments starts to yield profit. They see you as an outsider so the authorities starts to break you down wilfully masterminded to discourage all your good intentions. This happens if you fail to pay them big time bribes. This big time bribery reduce your investment money. The problem is that, they come in numbers for collection on day to day bribery. They have no sympathy. They behave like vampires that loves you dearly whiles sucking your blood money in the daylight. Onlookers smile & it's a game of normality. They even tell you ,you are even lucky cos other lost their life. One will just pack & go back to abroad again with tears, pains, lost commitments & may hate Ghana authorities forever. I have my own experience including many.

  TRUE TRUE - YOU ARE SPOT ON. I HAD MY OWN EXPERIENCE AND NOW AM BACK TO THE UK. The frustration starts from the harbour - when clearing your goods.
