It will NOT change anything. Germany is a civilized society. The rules and laws will be enforced as written. if she is deserving of the asylum under the current immigration laws she will get it, if not she will be sent back.

Where is her morals. 25yrs and already got a 6 yrs old plus new baby. I very much wish she is sent back to Ghana to leRn and deter others who are thinking its a short cut .namiing after Angela Merkel doesn't guarantee a quick fix to status. Very stupid girl who has disgrace her family. Hasn't she got parents or grandparent or reputable fily members to honor by naming. Sad indeed. I hope the western countries will shred this human right of asylum and send persons from peaceful countries back. Brong towns and villages are beautiful, planned, modern, well-drained and neat more for habitable than where you come from. Long before dumsor, long before Mahama, long before NDC, long before NPP, several Ghanaians had sought asylum in different countries for different reasons. I know of someone who worked in a Ministry in Ghana and was doing fairly well. He paid $12,000 to a "connection man" to help seek asylum in US. He was refused entry into US when he arrived at JFK in New York and was sent back to Accra the next day. He is now in Kumasi and owes people he borrowed money from and promised to pay back when he became a "boga". $12,000 and cost of plane ticket gone down the drain.
