  It's all a game to make a few rich. How would they sell their weapons if there are no use for them. What is more profitable, weapons or helping people?

  Ghana's position is noble. NO African country produces WEAPONS, maybe SA and Egypt NOT inclusive. The manufacturers are HAPPY for ANY dispute ANYWHERE because they can SELL their Arms! Very often, their policy is to foster the DISPUT and EXPORT the Arms!!! African leaders,at least STOP entering into such contracts FOR THE SAKE of your OWN PEOPLE !!!!!
