  I was confused when I read about the suspension of Dr Lamptey and those fine comrades of times past. Whatever was the problem, that could have been handled in-house with assistant from Party head office in Accra. I'm not sure if Hon Kofi Attor is on top of issues over there. The first publication should not have been made to elicit this rejoinder. Where is Chairman Cobby, Zac, Ave, Mariam and co? Please, pardon me for not revealing my real name.   The new executives have already proved that they are progressive and mean business. They have been able to rally other members within New York and other states to join forces to raise funds (thousands of dollars) to support Mr. Moses Kanduri bid in the NDC primary elections in the Garu constituency. Not only have they been able to bring back many supporters who left the branch under the old executive headed by Abass Adamu to come back, but have recruited new members. They are doing a great job.

  I am surprised this issue is still unresolved and hanging around the neck of NDC USA.
  
  How can Mr. Ashiboi, a new comer into NDC USA family think he can suspend people like Dr. Lamptey and Tonnie Gbologa who are founding members and have worked hard over many years to build a united party he came to join? These people are the taproot of NDC USA and cutting them off will be a big and costly mistake. The politics of inclusion that existed made it possible for you Mr. Ashiboi to join. Party politics is about numbers and not exclusion.
  
  I will urge Dr. Lamptey and all the progressive people of NDC USA to ignore the bugabuga tactics of Mr. Ashiboi and his group of Later-Day-Saints and go ahead and re-unite our people for a Better Ghana. Bring back all those who left because of Mr. Ashiboi's divide and rule style. Re-kindle the family spirit that once made us proud.

If Dr Lamptey and co found NDC New York branch and so what? You guys must woke up. Who found NDC, and where is JJ? Who told you that a former chairman can not be suspended? Dr. Lamptey, Isaac nortey,and Albert Mensah will go on retirement next year. These are old folks who have not been able to make any contribution to NDC. What can they do at this age. They should rather let the young and vibrant a to inject new ideas into the branch.The newly elected chairman, Mr. Klu Mensah is doing a great job in New York .

  Where were you when o the new jersey group were begging to be considered part of the GROUP. Ask your leaders about using new jersey being inaugurated by nana konadu as reason to be accepted.Check with them and come back

  Personally,I don't believe in factionalism and don't want to be associated with any faction in the NDC.
  It is sad that the New York branch is in this mess,something that should not have happened in the first place,disagreements should never led to divisions,this issue should have been solved internally long time ago,we don't need to be sending internal matters to the public such as Ghanaweb,this is not the place to resolve internal problems.
  
  Finally,as the Chairman of the Denver, Colorado branch,we do not belong to any coalition in the NDC of USA,I have respect for Dr Lamptey and some of the people I know who are long time members of the NDC -USA but we do not belong to any coalition,we belong to NDC -USA,we are not a branch of New York for us to be listed as members of a so called coalition due to disagreements there.

You were not heard when the first publication announcing the suspension was splashed all over the place in the media, including this one. It is not only the NY branch that is in a mess, but all of you. I don't think any of you like the division created but that is the sad reality among you. Pride, arrogance and refusal to accept realities have become chronic in the NDC-USA. I thought you were a leading member in a majority side during your Worcester Conf. You seems to have compromised on your principles of doing the right thing all of a sudden. Buddy, you can be of help.
