When their arguments of who will be leader after the Savior had left the earth, the Lord God washed their feet to tell His followers or disciples the coming then saviors that Savior Jesus Christ should always be their Leader, until Peter assumed leadership as apostle, distinguishing Savior Lord Jesus Christ leadership in human body uniform to Peter's, even though the apostolic mission was still under the Savior of Salvation in which the churches were planted in places. Peter's leadership was not going round washing feets as rituals of believing. However, Peter who was finding difficulty in some understandings came to understand that the well being of the group is being entrusted to him. In those days, the new testament was to be written for compilations, as at now.
