  In terms of fluently rich on languages which would ease better business environment, wider ideas on developmental issues because some have worked with foreign council offices so rich to share ideas which would enable Ghana to blossom. Ghanaians in diaspora are astute and not not fools. if we are able to build mansions in Ghana than why can't we be given the chance to spread developments thoughts as well as part of the government engaging with us.

  Who can name which countries in the world that Ghana govt. recognizes Dual Citizens for Ghanaians in the Diaspora.
  It seems the so-called ROPAL was just a symbolical hoax to fool Ghanaians abroad since it was introduced in 2002.
  The Dual Citizenship started in the Ghana's Mission in Washington in 2003, has the Ghanaians in the U.S.A. enjoying this privilege & it's benefit till today since it was introduced?
  In Europe, some of the Ghana Embassies even don't issue the Biometric Ghana Passports since it was rolled out, an applicant would be told that it's only in Accra that it's issued; whereas some institutes in Europe doesn't accept the hand-written issued Ghanaian passports for some legal transactions & require a biometric issued passports instead!
  
  ALL THE PAST & PRESENT GHANAIAN GOVTS. REGARDS & TREATS GHANAIANS IN THE DIASPORA AS *PRODIGAL SONS & DAUGHTERS* WITH NO SPECIAL RESPECTED LEGAL PACKAGE FOR US!!!
  
  But only our heavy import taxes & revenues at the entry clearing ports are all these past & present govts. profiting & sucking from our hard earned incomes, apart from that what do we Diasporians benefit from our govts. at all?

  You are talking to a government whose core supporters are the poor villagers with herd mentality. Diasporans are a real threat to this government. NDC supporters within the diasporan communities are very insignificant and they don't contribute much at all in terms repatriation of wealth and setting up projects in the Ghana. From the foregoing, you can pretty much understand why NDC will never push for the implementation of ROPAL, as it will be akin to pushing the self-destruct button.
