CORRUPT GAF NOW CONTROLLED BY IBRAHIM MAHAMA
…The Ghana Armed Forces has denied media reports that it has assigned men to protect President John Mahama’s brother, Ibrahim Mahama.
Media reports have suggested that soldiers have been detailed to guard the President’s brother after pictures of him in the company of soldiers while on a health walk emerged on social media.
But in a statement to clarify the matter, the Armed Forces Command condemned the act and assured that the necessary action is being taking to address the issue.
“The Military High command has taken a serious exception of the bad conduct in respect of soldiers who participated in a health walk and were alleged to have been providing close protection to Mr. Ibrahim Mahama.
“The Military High Command wish to state that it has not assigned any soldier as body guard to Mr. Ibrahim Mahama. The soldiers in question were assigned as part of the security detail at the flagstaff House,” the statement signed by Director Public Affairs Colonel Aggrey-Quashie noted…..

If Mr Bugri Naabu was actually offered money, it should be him calling the Press Conference within days not over a month. It sincerely can be argued that for NPP to get inside information from Government sources, they must resort to some sort of persuasion if not monetary but these claims are getting wild indeed.
Nana does not represent NPP. NPP and UP was before Nana could dream of politics and their position of Akan based Presidential candidates is not debatable. No one need to be bribed to confirm that all the Danquah/ Busia Party from its formative years have only fielded Akan Party leaders. This story of Northerner issues is simply making the rounds because ex-President J.A.Kufour had a Northerner running mate and now Nana too has selected a Northerner running mate.
Unless Nana has had a change of heart when Allan Kyeremanteng conceded defeat to him in the 2008 primaries, his promise to him was it will be his term after his tenure. That was to be Allan Kyeremanteng's tenure and not his running mate. Someone should find the tape and play it again.
It does not mean there has never been Northerners in the Party. Mr Naabu by accepting that he has accepted bribe from someone in this world makes him a CORRUPT NPP Chairman. An incorruptible NPP bigwig should have walked out immediately. By his claim, he did not. And even more was added during his Mr Naabu daughter's funeral. This is the party that is incorruptible.

Ghana needs saving because of NPPs story? that their chairman is making confession to TAKING BRIBE? What Party is this? Does he not appreciate the fact that in this wild world a bribe money not enforced could be deemed an entrapment? Was our own late Arthur Ankrah not lured with bribery which resulted to his stepping down?
