Ideological states are authoritarian and deny the true expression of the positive will of the people we saw this in Nazi Germany , communist Soviet Union , North Korea , Islamic Taliban Afghanistan , Green revolution Libya , Baas party Iraq , Syria , communist Yugoslavia, Erdogan's Islamic Turkey and Ceausescu's Romania to name a few. Since they all refused a peaceful transition of power ended up by bringing sorrow, misery and tragedy to their own people primarily. Soviet communists always won 103% of the vote every time there were elections but today can even get 1%. Today in Ghana we see party commissars like Koku , Nketia , Boamah defending a rotten corrupt govt as that is symptomatic of such regimes that they are blind to the atrocities and injustices against their own people . People don't progress based on merit or hard work but are selected by the oligarchy . Nazis Taliban or fake revolutionaries do not see the evil they promote and eventually pay the price themselves in a pool of blood . Erdogan said their rockets are the Mosques now we know he supports Islamic criminal terror yet our govt gave them land to build a replica of Aya Sophia and quietly establish Muslim terror in our country . But I swear by the Quran Mr Gyimah that shall be the opposite with a defining tsuanami shock to our lives. None of you both past & present of the Toronto Chapter of the NPP can discount my zeal & personnel contribution to the development intellectually & financially to both NPP here in Canada & in Ghana .
I co authored the 2000 NPP manifesto , I was also instrumental after then Secretary Kwame Nuako threw the books of the chapter away after disagreement to ask Charles Amoama to pick the books as we shall back him strongly both financially & emotionally in those days . The political terrain was yearning for change within the Ghanaian landscape & we had a leader tolerant inclusive lovely that doesn't spill vernom or vindictiveness towards his party members , but that's not the case of the person of Akuffo Addo
Where is Charles Weredu , Sammy Crabbe , Paul Afoko , Kwabena Agyapong , Kwame Pianiom , Kwadjo Npianim , Nyako Tamakloe , Odoi Skyes & much more that are wounded wolves silent out there.
Does all these disgruntled members don't have supporters that will have voted for the NPP ? . Oh yes of course , are they going to NO ? they shall not vote because of the violent undemocratic credentials of the persons of Nana Akuffo Addo .

Concentrate on your NDC party rather than NPP party bcos no party is good in the eyes of Ghanaians. Too many unfinished projects corrupt leaders on both parties ,except independence party Mr Joseph Osei Yeboah all the way .

Nkrumah gave us the Tema Motorway and for about five decades of its existence the revenue from its toll booths alone could have given us over 20 additional motorways. In Florida, the state government makes a lot of revenue from the toll booths and use the money for maintenance and construction of new roads, making vehicular movement a sheer joy. No one is asking us to reinvent the wheel but we can certainly use some refreshing ideas from others far and near who are doing great. The incompetent, greedy and selfish and corrupt Mahama led administration must give way for a better team to steer the Nation from the wreckage to prosperity. If Nana and his team fail the people of Ghana should not hesitate to show them the exit after 4 years. We don't have the luxury of time anymore to be wasting money and resources for the benefit of just a few crooked politicians. President Akuffo Addo should set the tone for accountability by prosecuting state officials in his administration and the outgoing Mahama administration who have stolen and misappropriated monies belonging to the State.

Nana has always scared the Now Defunct Conmen (NDC). I was with him during the famous Kumepreko demonstration in Accra(1995) against the then NDC gov't of Rawlings.
