It is said religion and science must go together for the welfare of mankind and i say simple plain common sense , justice and science must always walk hand in hand. Not so long ago scientist using DNA analysis were able to prove the DNA of the Pharaohs of Egypt was identical to that of the sub Saharan people of Akan and also they practiced the culture and tradition of Matriarchy which plainly proves Akan are the true chosen people which we all already knew. The blue print for nation building as designed by God for every nation is in the Bible and recommends we dont mix with the philistines or other wicked people such as pepeni/ayigbe Sodom / Gomorrah least we suffer the fire and brimstone of retrogression , nor should we worship their golden calf of islam that can only bring bad-luck to our efforts of modernization and development. We have the law of the country hijacked by constitution written by minorities to ensure justice and freedom for the Akans can never be regained except by war. We have a govt which effectively denies the majority Akan true participation in the processes of a govt by the people and of the people since 70% of all appointees are pepeni northerners who hide behind their incompetence to ensure their true agenda of the devastation of the Akan economy. We have had Pharaohs, kings , paramount chiefs and all kinds system of state organizations through the millennia and now its time to get rid of all these useless Judas Iscariot traitor chiefs and their 30 pieces of V8 treachery that burden us and create a true modern state based on the positive experiences of progressive nations , so its now time for true democracy born in the blood of war as has been the case of all prosperous nations. Nobody can hide the true light and destiny of God's chosen people the Akan no matter the skinpain envy of the useless wicked idiots around and within us .We charge you to investigate the truth for yourselves and not be swayed by the noise , lies of the brainwashing propaganda as they only lead to doom and disgrace. Rather enter the light of wisdom , justice and freedom if not for yourselves but for future generations .We recognize the truth only because God put it in our hearts even before we are born . Yes we shall fight them in the hills and valleys but will never surrender as thousands will see the truth and join the battle for true freedom . we are all witnesses to thew fact that for over 50 years starting with Kotoka and followed by JJ's revolution we see there is not a single prosperous or wise Akan family of intelligentsia that has not suffered , or been persecuted leading to the dispensation or exodus of our most talented or blessed sons serving other nations in exile . The spawn of Satan following this ndc have secured the theft and think they will succeed in denying the will of God through the people in a peaceful ballot but we know they do not know God is with us and they will be booted out no matter what , we prepare not for elections but for the freedom fight of war. Their games of divide and rule by pitting the Ashantis/Twi speakers against the other Fanti speakers has failed and will never triumph again as we are now one , long live the republic of Akan. Yes the battle for freedom does not end with npp gaining power but rather the total freedom of all Akan people both here and in the ivory coast together with the return of our refugees from the diaspora.

All the signs of outbreak of war were there at the time but we did not act thus resulting in the heavy price that some finally paid. I therefore urge Govt.to. act and act quickly.

I live in South Africa and far from Pretoria and Johannesburg. Been living her for 17 years and I have never experienced any xenophobic attacks. My neighbours are friendly and people in general love foreigners. That said, this country has a very high unemployment rate 27% and there is a general sentiment that foreign nationals take away jobs. A lot of foreign nationals have their own businesses like grocery shops and salons so they are not taking the jobs of South Africans. Some citizens from Nigeria deal in drugs and let me ask who will not get angry if someone comes to your country and sells drugs to your citizens? The Zimbabwean issue also makes matters worse. Since their economic situation worsened a lot of them have migrated here and some are willing to work for lesser pay. In all societies with a huge immigrant population when things go wrong immigrants are blamed. I am thinking over relocating to Ghana sometime in the future because I think it will get worse not better.

Host of NEAT FM’s morning show, Kwesi Aboagye had the toughest time controlling Law lecturer, Moses Foh-Amoaning and Mr. George Aggrey, Board Chairman of Amnesty International Ghana during a telephone interview on whether Ghana should or should not accept homophile practice.

Both resource persons held different views on the subject – however, their heated argument led to some personal attacks during the live interview on NEAT FM’s morning show 'Ghana Montie'.

Mr. George Aggrey who failed to openly dismiss claims regarding his alleged status as a homosexual was described by the renowned lawyer as a disgrace to his entire family – a comment the Human Rights Group, Amnesty board chairman did not take lightly.

“You are a grown up person, were you taught by your parents to have sex through your anus? Are you gay? Do you have sex through your anus? Why are you lying to Ghanaians that homosexuality is good?” Moses Foh-Amoaning quizzed but was not answered.

Genesis of the gay issue

The Speaker of Parliament, Prof. Mike Oquaye when addressing some members of the Royal House Chapel on Monday, February 20, 2017, called for the amendment of the country’s laws to completely ban homosexuality and make it illegal.

He described homosexuality as despicable and against the country’s culture which cannot be accepted.

He said: “It is unfortunate that people have become so liberal that they will want to liberalise Christianity…even priests are approving of homosexuality and allowing a man and a man [to] marry, a woman and a woman [to] marry and these are manifest abominations.”

“I trust that with your kind of insistence, the Parliament of Ghana…will find its way clear in strengthening the laws to ban homosexuality as they exist. As for this, may God forbid that it becomes a Ghanaian culture,” he added.

Amnesty stance on gay issues

The Human Rights Group, upon the Speaker’s call, launched a strong resistance against the amendment of the country’s laws to completely ban homosexuality and make it illegal.

According to the group’s board chairman, Mr. George Aggrey, it will be ‘dangerous’ and tendency of infringing the fundamental and universal rights of those engaged in homosexuality.

“Everyone has their freedom and rights and must not be shattered by any law. Our position is that it is a right for every individual to practice what they want. If the person thinks homosexuality is good, allow the person to practice it. That is their right,” he said.

“If our culture is against gayism, then we must educate our children when they are young to abstain. If the person is above 18, then you can’t force the person to stop that in any way. There’s no law in Ghana that is against homosexuality, there is no law,” he noted.

Lawyer Foh-Amoaning’s position

The law lecturer, however, schooled Mr. Aggrey that “There are laws in Ghana and homosexuality is not accepted in our culture. Inasmuch as we have our rights, we don’t have the right to do everything. Can I have sex with my mother because I have my right? Mr Aggrey, you are a disgrace to your own family.”

“Mr. Aggrey is a homosexual and lying to Ghanaians. I am putting it to you [Aggrey] that you are practising gayism. You are a disgrace to your family. How can you admit anal sex is a right,” he charged.
