  What people don't realise was that Kwame Nkrumah was invited because he had started his own campaign in UK alongside UGCC. He would go to the speakers corner in London condemning British Rule in Africa which was how JB Danquah and the rest heard of him. He would meet with Dr Kamuzu Banda, Julius Nyerere, Jomoh Kenyata and others in London discussing Africa freedom. Some of his disciples even followed him to Ghana. Dr Banda set a medical practice in Kumasi, Mugabe and the rest followed.
  My question is If JB Danquah and the rest were competent in what they were doing why did they go all the way to bring Nkrumah.
  Apostle Paul never saw Christ but Christ later realised that the desciples were useless so he brought in Paul. May be the UGCC realised that that they needed a catalyst to drive them forward. The only person who qualified for that role was Nkrumah. The jelousy is that they wish Nkrumah was an Akan as we Akans find it difficult to accept other tribes superiority. End of story.
