  I am highly disappointed that, this lazy, wicked and uncaring man is giving a position in Nana government. As a lawyer, he frustrated his clients without consideration. His style is collect money from people seeking immigration help, and later abandon them to their faith. No matter his level of education, this man is the most inactive, lazy person ever. I can assure readers that, this man will not last on this appointment.

  How can Ghanaians be so myopic? looking at Edward Osei's cv can anyone tell me if he can perform as Director of Port. That is a technical position which you have to be trained in Port operations. Since the creation of GPHA the Port Director has been appointed from within. Edward Osei is well educated, but his qualifications have nothing to do with Port operations. He will be embarrassed.

  This post is a technical position because the director of port requires one with operational acumen to make technical decisions for the day to day activities of the port. I believe this is the first time in our history had a president politicize the director of port position since it had always been held by a Ghana ports and harbours authority personnel since long ago.
  
  It will have been better to put mr Osei as the director general which is a political position and leave the director of port for a technical mind. This appointment is a big disaster if mr Osei is not helped by the technocrats at the port.
  
  I hope they will help him for the sake of the maritime industry.
