Most of the so-called thieves lynched are never what they were, but because they were 'nonentities', nothing came of their lynchings. Ogyakromians should learn to respect the sanctity of life. If a thief is arrested, he or she should be sent to the Police station. We have become a people who adore jungle justice. This we were taught by the soldiers. That's the bitter truth.

Do we know how many innocent people have been killed through this instance justice brutality?
I wrote an article some years back against this instance justice culture in Ghana and about 95% of the comments were for instance justice and some people insulted me and even accused me of being an armed robber. I warned Ghanaians about this and we should not forever forget about this atrocity.
The government should erect a statute of Captain Mahama at where he was murdered for the People of this town to never forget what they have done and Parliament should pass a law against INSTANT JUSTICE that should carry a death sentence if that particular incident results in death.
Where JFK was killed in Dallas has now become a Tourist spot and where Captain Mahama was killed should be like that and his memory should be associated with the elimination of this social canker in Ghana called INSTANT JUSTICE. Captain Mahama's death should not be in vain.

Ghanaians will protect Chinese migrants so they can wreak havoc in our country, pollute water bodies turn our fertile arable lands into deserts and leave the country with our gold and diamond... but we have no qualms in brutally and savagely stoning a bright young man, one of our own, to death, whatever his offence. My grief has left me sperechless.

My 15 year old cousin was lynched last year allegedly stealing. Ghanaians are so wicked that they'll even kill a 15 year old. Nobody heard about it because he didn't come from an influential family.
