I must say Ghana Security systems and their officers are well train and can do the work. Many a times when there is something extraordinary such as the gruesome murder of this promising military officer the Police are up and doing. This is a very good sign. But most times they drag their feet until things are too late. They seem unwilling to work why? This lynching of people is the result of no confidence in the Police and even with the Judiciary. So what would innocent people who are being terrorized do in the absence of protection from the state Security Agencies?

Why is the central regional now be oming a den of criminals and murderess? I was told the the Central region was a citadel of education and knowledge. It has now become a region of criminals and barbaric personalities

Fellow Ghanaians, recent history will tell you why all these anarchy have gained root in our society. Junior Officers ursurping in the military that spilled on our streets, police rendered powerless and judges left minning their courts with fear who should/shouldn't be punished as uncouth militia men welding AK47 all over the place. You will recall that all cases were being tried by these untraind militia folks and their People's Defence Committees! Powerful people, rich people, lawyers, big time contractors got their assets confiscated and sold or given to fanatics. How many people didn't get lost forever? Who are to question? Fanatism became order of the day. People only have to sit down and plan whose asset could be confiscated. State money was for them. Did we not hear probity and accoutability, but when the oga was once asked to face a commission of enquiry, he boldly said he didn't not beleive in such commissions and rather would go to Antoa Nyamaa! The geneses of our current situation.
Were you not in Ghana when Bible Knowledge education was proscribed in schools? GBC was not allowed to air the usual Church services/programmes on TV and radio. Defy these orders, and one got lost.
How many times have we not heard/seen party offices burnt/locked up and offcers chased out/away from their posts and no actor had faced the law?
We need serious counter education to weed this errorneous mentality from people's system.
I am using this sad event to advocate that Our Schools should start to teach Civic Education with emphasis on fear of God, Love of neighbour/Country.
Politicians, please, don't divide us. We've seen all you think about now is how to win next election and not how we are going to survive till then when you shall come to us to ask for our votes.
Let us all help our governments to succeed so that even if there would be a change, it will be continuation of succeeses not failures.

Yes, l agree witt you, Bumbebo. There need to bd a revolution to right these wrongs in the Ghanaian society. Corruption has so much inundated the fabric of the Ghanaian society tto the extent that no institution in Ghana is upright and free from this canker of corruption. Our politicians are the best offenders, followed by our judges and the police. The Ghanaian can trust none of these institutions. Hence, the anarchy that we see on the streets and corners of the country. A revolution is the best way to clear and move this country of ours back to the road of sanity. Politicians, lawyers, police, the civil and lublic service will be curbed in the event of a massive revolution. It will happen. This is the only way to redeem the country.
