Accra, March 2, GNA - The GSE All-Share Index, the benchmark measure of performance of the Ghana Stock Exchange, began the week on a weak note, losing 7.99 points to close at 9,828.85 points. Change for the Year to date now stands at -5.78 per cent. Traded volumes closed the session at 11,000 shares. Market capitalisation also fell to close the session at GH¢18,459.34 million.
On the broader market, there were two negative price changes. Enterprise Insurance Company (EIC) lost GH¢0.02 to close at GH¢2.98 and Ghana Commercial Bank was down by GH¢0.02 at GH¢0.60.
