Former Asante Kotoko Coach Masud Didi Dramani has offered his backing to Black Stars Coach Charles Kwabena Akonnor to succeed in his role.
Didi Dramani is the latest to join the list of persons who have offered their overwhelming support to the former captain of the Black Stars. Akonnor replaced James Kwasi Appiah earlier this year but making his bow as head Coach of Ghana’s Senior National Football team has had to be delayed due to the CoronaVirus pandemic.
Didi Dramani who is now with Danish Top flight side FC Nordsjaelland believes C.K Akonnor will come good but needs the support of almost every Ghanaian to achieve with the Black Stars.
“He (C.K. Akonnor) has to manage, and then he knows the responsibilities. He knows what he has to do to chalk some successes for the country and then for himself,” Didi Dramani said.
“He has every opportunity to surround himself with the right faces and be able to make the right strategic plans in terms of the best way to go as regards our football approach”.
“He needs the support that everyone would have needed in order to deliver,” he concluded.
Didi Dramani has also previously handled Ghana’s Black Queens and the Black Maidens.
