Just about tree weeks ago it happened in Sekondi Takoradi. Most Ghanaian soldiers are not disciplined. Ihey do not protect civilians but torture them on the least misunderstanding. I thought as am MP, he has grown up but he was defending the criminal soldiers. Does he mean if you have an argument with soldiers they should torture you? He did not make any sense. How many of the soldiers have gone to war before? They just scare people because they have guns/ They are needed to fight armed robbers and Fula herdsmen. Can they fight even Boko haram? I am ashamed for the major. Those soldiers need to be found out and put to trial and finally imprisoned and sacked.
