Living wage?Rubbish.Do you know what it is.We are a poor country,the civil service wages take about 65% of total revenue,25% for interest payment on Mahama loans.We ate bankrupt!
We need to change our attitudes towards work.Moreover there should be a certain amount of punishment for people who report late.

Parliament can pass laws to change this rip off. But the politicians are afraid of being voted out if they do so. We, the people must demand such laws.
