For the security of Nana Addo...all the Mahama NDC security Police goons at the Flagstaff house must be withdrawn and posted to the Volta and Northern Regions...you can't trust those "corrupt weeds."

First, this shouldn't have appeared in the media at all. For appearing, the IGP MUST substitute immediately all the officers involved. Such a thought even shouldn't have occurred to them, if they are professionals.

Police guard duty is a rational one, for security and obvious reasons. Same person CANNOT A STAY AT SAME POST indefinitely. In fact, that's why Police are often transferred regularly.

Duty at the Flagstaff House cannot be seen as a reward for some dubious claim of loyalty. Can they produce any evidence that some Police men assigned to guard Nana refused to do so? They should have been sacked then.

The Police and Military are Force jobs and can be transferred at anytime to anywhere. The government can choose which officers they can trust and work with very closely. It happens in every government. That is why we have IGP ...

Winning the election was a shock for the nation but not to some of us following Nana's progress since open tour of towns and villages. He showed leadership there but others did not acknowledge him. He tried twice for the leadership bid but failed. Did any of us know the depression stages Nana went through? Today the guy is a Victor and not many people are jubilant. This is why Nana is thanking those who supported and reassured him during his darkest times. Lets fact it it has not been plain sailing for Nana Akuffo-Addo.
