This is what we need to move forward.Because Ghana never had the code tracking it made it easier for people to dupe the state. Even to the extent of synchronising a system so that it is digital coding so that a manager at head office would know what is happening even without stepping foot there.Making it harder for thieves in the Govt to find their loop hole as they often do.

This is the difference . having that business acumen is necessary because running a Govt is not like running your own home because the stakeholders are massive international and local so you got to be smart and witting to outsmart the stakeholders before you can be seen as effective. Mahama was simply a pleasant man with no actual business acumen.
