The arrested 8 are innocent people. They were not caught in the act, and were arrested in Fante New Town that is very very far from Adum, where the court is.
When the police arrived at the court, all those who had caused the violence had ran away. So as a means of getting them, the police decided to arrest any heavy-built person they met in the street. Closer to the court, the police did not see any macho man, so they arrested nobody at that area. They then decided to move around the whole Kumasi to arrest any macho man they spotted, even if the person was asleep or selling something in the street. And that is bad. All the arrested 8 were not even aware of what the delta force had done, so they sort explanations from the police, but the police became angry and manhandled them. The police did not arrest any slim person they met, but only macho men, including those who were selling clothes in the streets. And yet, they have been denied bail. Is that fair?

With a marauding band of gangsters (Delta Force) stamping their feet on the judicial processes and in a situation where the President (Nana Addo) is as camatose as it was in the dying days of Chairman Mao, the NPP is precariously leading Ghana into a hell-hole of fascist nihilism.

Village Judge u have said it all. When the disturbance arose last week, my friend who is a DSP in the Police said his boss (IGP) should be blamed for all these as it is his duty to go after them(Invincile forces and Delta Forces) like any ordinary criminals but he is not doing so. We reminded him that it is Kennedy Agyepong who is fueling that, my friend added that let the Police arrest them and let see if Kennedy Agyepong has the power to go and free them.
