GES stops teachers from changing their date of birth

    The insincerity in The GES is too much. I know a headmaster who was 48years in 2002. I saw his birth certificate during a head count but till today he is still at post as a headmatser. Why.

    A whole lot of old men n women some over 70 years still in uniform in the police n public/civil service not ready to retire. Ghana needs a shake up or the retirement age should be pegged at 65 or 70 years.

    GES managers are themselves corrupt why should they be allowed to change their dates. If it's a developed country those applying for a change will go in for a test that will actually determine their actual age.

    Talent lost too early. Teachers are not soldiers let them retire later if they wish. Rather than resorting to dirty cheap tricks

    Hmmmm, if teachers fell better they will wish to go on retirement at early age. Moreover, because teaching doesn't involve much regourous exercise, they still think they can work even up to 70 years
