@ Obinalo, did you actually understand the trend of the report and read what you wrote? Ghana Gas is not a government department. Ghana Gas a public company but with its own board. The President or any Minister has the authority to appoint or dismiss any staff. As a publicly owned company, the government of the NDC is not obliged to include the operation of Ghana Gas in its handing over notes. As a publicly owned company, change in government should not affect its operations. However, because in Ghana we don't follow due process, that's why we have all this confusion. If it wasn't due to mischief, the illiterate educated Dr Matteaw should have followed due process by asking the right people for the right information before granting any interview.

Baaaaam...awww...how can u guys be this evil?? do u have any humanity left in you?see how people are suffering on the streets...don't u have pity at all?how I wish the death penalty could be applied in cases like these one, where former officials has created, looted and shared millions of poor taxpayer's money. you guys needs to be lined up,hanged by the balls and then shot openly for ur evil and wickedness against mother Ghana. Gen. Feli and Air vice Marshal yaw Boakye were shot for less. just go check the gyeeda, saada, subah, stx and bus branding scandals that were used as avenues to steal millions and millions of cash meant for the upkeep of the poor. I don't know the special prosecutor would start its work of recovering all this monies for GH?its so,so pathetic. the day of reckoning is fast approaching.....every penny stolen would be paid back. cry the beloved country....God save us all from evil.

Stupid NDC idea of Govt is only spending money frugally and signing useless contracts! Why should the Military or Air Force not have been contracted to provide the service that Ghana Gas envisaged they'll need instead of spending colossal sums buying equipment they cannot operate or service?? Useless and nonsensical explanation by a shallow minded ignoramus of a Minister!

Oh Ho NDC apparatchiks falling over each other to insult Dr. Manteaw and the government. As usual they want to confuse Ghanaians for the stench of corruption around these helicopters. There are two issues:
1. The whereabouts of the procured 7 helicopters and the operational state of 4 of them? Dr Manteaw did not say they were missing but they cannot find 3 of the 7. He ssid he understood there are somewhere but they needed to be located. "Early days in the search" he said.
2. The COST of the helicopters. Dr. Akoto Osei mentioned on radio that each of the last 3 helicopters costs $50 million for a total cost of $150 million for the last 3 helicopters purchased.
Now Mr Jinapor has told us where the helicopters can be found. We thank him.
The answer that has gone begging is the cost of those helicopters? Hmmmm NDC come tell us if we had value for money? Soon we will know the likely costs of each of the helicopters. Osafo Marfo has promised us a forensic audit .?
The special prosecutor is going to have a field day.
