Who controls the nation's pursestring? Majority of Ghanaians want to know is who controls the money, and if Parliament does not control the purse string and has no control over how we spend the nation's money, then its encounter with the people is meaningless.
What Ghanaians really want is an encounter with the Presidency, not the toothless Parliament which is merely a rubber stamp of the Presidency.
